Cancellation / Refund Policy
Application Fee and Deposit

Program and Flight Fees
Program and Flight Fees refundable, less $1700, if cancellation is received in writing by EurAupair at least 30 days prior to the au pair's arrival to the U.S. workshop (35 days prior to arrival to host family). If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the au pair's arrival date, additional flight cancellation fees will apply.
Refund Policy
A refund of $475 per month may be considered during the first 6 months of a 12-month commitment. No refunds after the first 6 months of program participation; however a full credit will be kept on file for paid program fees less non-refundable charges.
