"Hosting an au pair has been a great option for our family for child care. Our children have been exposed to different languages, foods and cultures right in our own home. It takes a little getting used to having another adult in the home but this childcare option is much preferred to out of home day care: more opportunities for our children to participate in extracurricular activities, more flexibility when kids are sick (don't have to miss work), exposure to another culture and language, kids can enjoy summer and not be rushed out the door for childcare in the morning. So much more overall flexibility and opportunity with an au pair. Thankful for this program!"
