Child Care Experience
From May to July 2023, I took care of Keyden (6) and Kenan (3). I helped with homework, activities, played and took care of the children's needs. From September 2022 to May 2023, I took care of Ana (2). I prepared breakfast, gave baths, dressed child, watched TV with child, played and put child to bed. From May to June 2022, I took care of Mia (2). I gave baths, dressed and did child's hair, prepared food, helped with homework, played, assisted in the bathroom and put the child to sleep in the afternoons.

I babysat Alayah (8mths) from June 2018 to December 2019. I changed diapers, prepared bottles, dressed her, comber her hair, put her down for naps, taught her words and how to crawl and walk. I babysat Darelin (15), Darilenny (12) and Darian (10) from June 2020 to July 2024. I prepared meals, played with them and took them out to do recreational activities. I babysat Dinashley (6) from November 2023 to May 2024. I combed her hair, helped with chores, and did activities with her. Lastly, I looked after Felix (14) form February to May 2022. I played video games with him, rode biked and played parcheesi with him.

In addition to having all the experience in child care, I will not see it as a job since for me it is like a vocation and when you love what you do you do not see it as work but as fun. I chose the Au pair program because I like taking care of children, their simple happiness fills my soul.

I liked to apply to this program because it's a great opportunity in order to improve my English skills, to learn about other culture and just the idea of live with a foreign family it's amazing for my, it's a dare and a cute adventure that I want to live. This program help me to open more my mind to the world, allow me know a foreign country and live there for a long time, this program is perfect for me, I applied because I think if this opportunity that a host family give me, I can give an opportunity to a host family in order to have an honest, kind and good person teaching, attending and maybe become a good example for their children because I know me and I know that I'm so capable, physical, mentality, and emotionality to take care children in a foreign country. I consider myself qualified to participate in the EurAupair program due to several reasons. Firstly, I have a genuine passion for working with children and have previous experience in childcare, whether through babysitting, tutoring, or volunteering at local schools. I am patient, nurturing, and have a natural ability to connect with children, which I believe are essential qualities for an au pair. Also this is an opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture, learn from a host family, and contribute to the upbringing of their children is incredibly appealing to me.
