Child Care Experience
From 04/2017 to 12/2024 I cared for Christian (2) on occasion. We would play, draw and prepare meals. From 09/2024 to 11/2024 I cared for a group of children ages 4 to 10 for 4 hours a day on the weekends. I would supervise the children and help them during horse riding lessons. From 05/2020 to 12/2023 I cared for a group of children ages 4 to 16 for 2 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. I would assist with riding lessons, and entertain the children.

What motivates me to become an Au Pair is primarily the desire to explore and better understand who I am and what I enjoy doing, far from the reality I already know. I am excited about the opportunity to improve my English in an immersive environment and to meet new people from different cultures and backgrounds. Child Care Experience
From October to November 2024, I took care of Matias (11 months). I took care of the child, helped with milestones, prepared food, and changed diapers. From December 2023 to February 2024, I took care of Emma (2) on Saturdays and some Fridays. I took the child to the park, read books with the child, pretend play, did drawing, arts and crafts, helped the child with washing hands and using the bathroom and prepared meals. From March to April 2023, I took care of Joel (8). I played soccer and basketball with the child, helped with the routine, helped with school work, took the child to practice and outdoor activities. From January to December 2023, I took care of Martin (1) on Saturdays and some Fridays. I played with the child, introduced nursery rhymes and songs, prepared healthy meals, changed diapers, and created educational and playful activities.

From July 2020 to February 2022, I took care of Ana (1), for four hours, Monday to Friday. I prepared snacks, helped with eating and cleaning up, played and put the child to bed.

One of my biggest dreams is to travel through the world, and meet different places and different cultures, and I can do that with this program. I wanted to go to countries like U.S.A, France, Spain, and others, so when I discovered this program, I saw an opportunity that I should take to make my dream come true. I want to improve my level of English too, and I think that there's no better way to learn it that practicing with native speakers.

I am qualified to be an Au Pair because I have a long experience with children, I am patient, honest and I have the ability to create new things every minute. I have social and communication skills, my ability to get my co-workers involved in a project, and my inclination to take on difficult tasks, exceed expectations and stay calm under pressure. I really like to innovate and I feel that that is something very important when you take care of children. I am persistent and very disciplined at all times. I want to be an au pair because, I like to spend time with children, I want to learn them and they from me, learn their culture just like they do mine, learn more about the language, meet new people develop as a person and in addition to that live the experience of sharing and living with American family. Besides, I like to spend time with children. I like the development they provide because at the moment you are sad, this makes you smile and changes your day. From 03/2024 to 04/2025 I cared for children ages 4 to 8 for 2 hours a day, 2 days a week. I take care of Nela, Tessa and their Brother Kilian while their mother is at meetings or goes to training. Mostly I come from afternoon to evening. In that time we play together, go outside or do other things. In the evening I make them dinner and we eat. Sometimes it’s that late, that I bring them to bed or make them bed ready. From 07/2016 to 04/2025 I cared for Milian (newborn) once a week. I would play, put to bed, and prepare food. From 07/2024 to 09/2024 I cared for Frieda (6) 4-5 times. I would play, tak on walks and prepare meals.

I thought about getting to the USA for a long time, because I always saw videos photos and more about people who live there. I find the USA fascinating and would love to experience the culture and traditions. Furthermore I love spending my time with children, playing with them or doing other things and more with them. This makes me happy, because I see those smiling faces. Then I watched some videos online, where others spokes positively about being an au pair and I researched what it is exactly about. And the thought, to get to know the USA and care about children of a family that I hopefully grow close to, is amazing.
