Going to the USA for an entire year and being part of another family and having new cultural experiences is a very exciting concept for me. Growing up, my mom used to tell me all kinds of stories from when she was an au pair, and I always knew that I wanted to experience that for myself. I am interested in becoming an Au Pair participant in the USA as it would be a great opportunity for me to continue helping children, which is something I love. My ultimate goal is to study Early Childhood Development and Foundation Phase teaching in the Education Department. At The Lebone Centre, I have gained many new skills that not only helped me work more effectively with children but also helped me learn valuable life skills.
