I love taking care of children and getting to know their unique personalities. When looking after kids, I get to experience my inner child again. Going to the USA for an entire year and being part of another family and having new cultural experiences is a very exciting concept for me. Growing up, my mom used to tell me all kinds of stories from when she was an au pair, and I always knew that I wanted to experience that for myself. From February to June 2024, I helped out at Primsore Academy with children from 8 to 14 years of age for sixteen hours a week. I helped with homework, assisted with extracurricular activities, organized and supervised sports and school events, provided general support during the children's daily routine, and fostered a safe and engaging environment for learning and growth. From January 2023 to March 2024, I took care of twins Rejoice (7) and Jorie (7) for fifteen hours a week. From 11 July to 22 July 2022, I took care of twins Zanika and Reinardt (4). I planned activities, prepared meals, played learning activities, put the children down for naps and kept the children entertained and supervised.
